Balancing family life with his martial arts journey, Jeffrey began training under Sensei Bob and Sensei Bev Leonard at Trent Valley Karate and Jiu Jitsu, as well as Shihan Robert Walther, head instructor of the Snow Tiger Martial Arts Association. With a diverse background in culinary arts, restaurant management, payroll accounting, and information management, Jeffrey shares his knowledge through his personal blog, "Journals of a Madman." As an author and editor at Fighting Spirit Martial Arts, he aims to create an educational platform for martial arts enthusiasts and practitioners, providing accurate and reliable information to foster meaningful discussions and skill enhancement in the martial arts community.
